If your organization prefers a virtual format, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the most effective way to support your organization’s goals.

  • What is the rate for services?

    We bill based on an hourly rate for our Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Organizational Behavior Management Specialist.

  • How often do you bill for services?

    We bill for services on the 15th day and the last day of the month. Invoices are sent via email and can be paid via bank transfer, debit or credit card.

  • Do you provide services for organizations located outside of Los Angeles?

    For organizations seeking Organizational Behavior Management services that are located outside of Los Angeles, we’re excited to provide both in-person as well as virtual consulting via our telehealth platform. Our discipline is driven by science and data. Research has shown that Applied Behavior Analysis is as effective virtually as it is on-site and in-person, when implemented correctly.

  • What Covid Safety Measures or protocols do you have in place?

    Our client’s health and safety is one of our top priorities. Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Organizational Behavior Management Specialist is tested weekly for Covid and will wear a mask (upon request) during your in-person sessions. We ask that all clients inform of us immediately if anyone in your organization has been exposed to or has tested positive for COVID as those in-person sessions will need to be rescheduled or moved to our telehealth platform.
